- Enterprise-Wide Change Integration (MHRA): Formulated and executed the end-to-end adoption, business readiness, and process integration strategies for the agency’s primary corporate rollouts. In the absence of a separate, standalone change management department, directed the entire human-centric transition stream from initial business impact assessment through to operational stability.

- Frontline Operational Transformations: Partnered with the Metropolitan Police Service (MET) via Escalla on the multi-module Connect system rollout, executing pure user adoption mechanics, targeted training delivery, and operational material adaptation to transition over 2,000 officers onto critical investigative workflows.
- Commercial Workflow Automation: Led digital transformation business analysis for Global Top Solutions to build project consistency, define requirements for global web services, and assess machine learning and AI-assisted solutions to enhance operational automation. Strategic Business Analysis & Governance
- National Border & Regulatory Frameworks: Served as Senior Business Analyst and Subject Matter Expert (SME) navigating and mapping the highly sensitive system transformations necessitated by the post-Brexit landscape (EU Exit and Northern Ireland Protocol). Leveraged deep regulatory domain knowledge to define complex business requirements, epics, and user stories within Agile delivery cycles, ensuring continuous UK regulatory and compliance functionality.
