With over 20 years of experience in information technology, systems, and management, I bring a wealth of expertise to the Directorship role. My career encompasses strategic planning, digital transformation, web development, business engagement, change management, and staff learning and development. I have extensive experience with bespoke solutions, off-the-shelf software, and Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms, including CRM/CMS systems, analytics, reporting tools, machine learning, and AI for signal detection and risk management.

Some recent career highlights include leading business analysis initiatives that significantly enhanced business processes within the Medicines and Medical Devices regulatory field. At the UK regulator, I played a pivotal role in key projects related to EU Withdrawal, Signal Detection, Vigilance, and Safety programs, demonstrating my ability to drive value and innovation in a complex regulatory environment.
