Our Mission
Humanising Digital Transformation
Technology is only as powerful as the people using it. At Brii Consulting, we specialise in the ‘people side’ of enterprise change. While technical teams focus on the system, We focus on the transition, ensuring that stakeholders are not just informed, but fully equipped, engaged, and ready to thrive in a digital-first world.
Our work bridges the critical gap between technical delivery and operational reality, ensuring that your organisation’s investment results in true, sustained adoption.
Tesfa Rodway, FLPI
Founder & Principal Adoption Architect

Two Decades of Driving Enterprise Change
Throughout my career in digital transformation, I have seen a consistent pattern: complex technology failing to deliver its promised return because the user experience was treated as an afterthought. That realisation became the foundation of Brii Consulting. I believe that digital adoption should not feel like an imposition on your workforce, but a seamless operational evolution.
My expertise in technology adoption is built on a code-level understanding of software. At the turn of the millennium, I operated as a web and system developer, riding the dot-com boom to build bespoke applications and database solutions for small commercial enterprises. My primary focus was structural enablement, building systems that allowed companies and individuals to take direct control of their digital platforms so they could edit and maintain them in-house. This high-velocity development background, was built on rapid, iterative prototyping and user-centric logic.
This reputation for hands-on systems engineering led directly into formal academia when I was headhunted by a principal to deliver advanced technical instruction. I spent several years as an Information Technology Tutor/Lecturer and Assessor at Croydon College and a Visiting Lecturer at London South Bank University. I taught the core principles of computer science, educating the next generation of technicians in system development, database architecture and programming. This combination of raw development experience and rigorous instructional engineering shapes my approach to complex operational change today.
Following this academic foundation, I spent 17 years operating at the highest levels of national infrastructure, designing user adoption strategies for heavily regulated, high-security environments across the UK. During my tenure with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), I cross-functionally managed change management, business analysis, and end-user training to drive adoption for high-stakes projects valued at over £1M.
Because the agency did not operate a separate, standalone change management department during much of this period, my remit inherently encompassed the full scope of adoption architecture. I did not simply manage training delivery, I executed the foundational business analysis, end-to-end process transformations, and strategic stakeholder alignments required to land complex software safely. On the corporate side, this included leading change and user readiness for major business transformations, managing deployments of core ERP and financial suites, enterprise HCM platforms, and Business Intelligence tools.
Crucially, my work extended far beyond internal agency operations, acting as a primary interface between the regulator and the wider pharmaceutical and medical device industries. I led the technical and adoption elements of the rollout and pilot for the nationwide medical devices transparency programme, mandatory reporting portals, and industry initiatives, managing implementations that united the NHS, trade bodies, and patient groups. My seniority at the agency culminated in serving as the Senior Business Analyst and a Subject Matter Expert on the Safety Connect programme rollout and steering business analysis elements of the highly sensitive systems transformations necessitated by the EU Exit and Northern Ireland Protocol.
Operating in this high-stakes landscape required embedding adoption directly into corporate governance, serving as an Information Asset Owner, sitting on the Information Asset Board, enforcing GDPR compliance, and holding change approval authority for medical devices on the Change Approval Board.
Beyond healthcare, I partnered with the Metropolitan Police Service via Escalla to execute user adoption for the Connect platform. This large-scale deployment relied on pure user adoption execution, where I focused on material adaptation and targeted training delivery to ensure over 2,000 frontline officers could confidently adopt mission-critical workflows across investigative and operational policing functions.
Today, I bring this deep intersection of process analysis, change management, and frontline enablement to commercial clients through Brii Limited. As a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute (FLPI), my practice is anchored in the highest professional standards of learning, development, and workforce performance. This expertise drives our operational readiness strategies across complex corporate ecosystems, ranging from establishing business analysis and adoption frameworks for Global Top Solutions to assess AI-driven workflows, to delivering product adoption masterclasses and live system demonstrations for Samsung. I adapt these rigorous national deployment standards into lean, practical frameworks tailored to the pace of commercial operations.
I am currently partnering with Southern Water on a major asset management transformation, designing digital adoption approaches to integrate maintenance systems with geospatial mapping across a range of operational environments. This includes clean and wastewater management, water tanker logistics, and site hygiene inspections. By precision-mapping technical delivery to these specific operational realities, this programme accelerates user adoption for engineers and field teams to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and rapid time-to-competency.
Whether presenting to an audience of 500 stakeholders or mapping a complex workflow with a technical lead, my objective remains unchanged: to strip away technical complexity and focus on operational clarity. I lead a bespoke team of specialists hand-picked for their technical precision and user empathy. When you partner with Brii, you are not engaging a bloated corporate consultancy; you are securing a direct, strategic advisor who is personally accountable for your deployment’s success, supported by an agile, scalable network of experts calibrated to the precise demands of your project.
Why We Focus Exclusively on Adoption Architecture
Specialised Execution, Measurable Outcomes
We focus entirely on bridging the execution gap between technical deployment and daily operations. By dedicating our practice to stakeholder engagement, communication strategy, and role-based enablement, Brii Limited provides the targeted operational focus that generalist consultancies frequently overlook.
We do not operate as systems integrators or traditional business analysts. We act as your Adoption Architects. We treat user readiness with the same engineering rigour applied to software development, ensuring your training and communication streams are mapped to the actual constraints of your workforce.
Unless an organisation has executed an intensive, pre-development analysis to isolate time-to-task baselines, arriving at artificial speed metrics by the time adoption specialists are engaged is operationally flawed. Rather than relying on generic vanity metrics that fail to reflect actual business health, we deploy a risk-mitigated framework focused on data integrity and independent task execution. We evaluate success by tracking the reduction of post-launch data errors, monitoring a user’s unassisted ability to complete live workflows, and establishing structured helpdesk workflows to systematically flag, track, and reduce user-training support tickets over the launch lifecycle.
Furthermore, we architect the internal frameworks required for your organisation to achieve permanent self-sufficiency. We focus heavily on activating internal subject matter experts, super-users, and peer champion networks, delivering a structured capability transfer that permanently embeds competency. This approach eliminates the translation gap between technical teams and end-users, accelerating true system proficiency and protecting your technology investment.
